1. Course-Based
Once the lesson fee has been collected—whether for a single lesson, on a monthly basis, or for the entire course—no refunds or replacement lessons will be provided under any circumstances.
Students who are absent will receive a recorded video of the missed lesson, provided by either the instructor or an authorized staff member of iLeague Math Academy. This recording serves as the learning resource in lieu of attendance.
As attendance at tutorials is optional, students who miss a scheduled session for any reason will not be entitled to a make-up tutorial.
2. Private Tutoring and Rescheduling
Illness:
In cases of illness, students may be excused from a scheduled session if parents provide a doctor’s note no later than two (2) hours before the lesson. A replacement lesson will then be arranged.
Family Matters or Personal Reasons:
Parents must notify our staff at least twelve (12) hours before the scheduled lesson via WhatsApp at (852) 9020 1216. Approval for rescheduling is subject to instructor availability.
Failure to provide timely notice or valid documentation under either circumstance will result in the session being recorded as attended.
Rescheduling Process:
All rescheduling requests and confirmations must be made through WhatsApp (852) 9020 1216.
